Executive Program in International Business is one such program in the direction of to keep pace with today’s requirement where Globalization, internet and hyper competition has dramatically re-shaped the markets and has changed the way business is being done. Today, one has to keep pace with the customer’s requirement and has to bring in services and products as per global standards.s

The program has been specially designed to help students acquire knowledge and skill to help work in International companies and environment. The program covers aspects related to International Business Environment, Challenges in International Marketing & Sales, International Operations, International Logistics and Supply Chain etc.

Graduation with at least 3 years of experience with minimum 50% marks in graduation

International Visit

The site and time for the one week international visit will be decided during the Orientation Programme. This offsite visit is optional for the students and will be charged extra.

IIM Calcutta shall carry out the examination and evaluation required for certification. The certificate will be awarded directly by IIM Calcutta.

>> Course Structure
Classroom Component: This component forms the core of EPIB. Spread over 1 year, the IOL component consists of 210 instructional hours through the Interactive Onsite Learning Mode.

Campus Component: The in-campus component is held either at the beginning, during or end of the 1 year program. This is a crucial component covering 5 days (40 hrs), which provides the participants an orientation towards case based learning. It is compulsory for all participants. For International students, the personal contact programme will take place in Dubai.

Students will have to undertake a capestone project during the course. The project should be undertaken under a faculty guide and a report must be submitted to IIM Calcutta through the faculty guide at the end of the course. The project report will be evaluated and will be an integral part of assessment.

>> Pedagogy
The pedagogy will be highly interactive. It will leverage use of technology. It will consist of a judicious blend of lectures, real life case studies, quizzes, assignments, sessions from senior managers in industry and films.

>> Program Delivery
The sessions will be delivered on interactive learning platform. The heart of the platform is a powerful user interface that enables large number of geographically distributed students to have a highly interactive ‘one to one’/ ‘one to many’ exchange with a central faculty. The system incorporates live broadcast video; two way audio and data interactivity to enable the students to watch and interact with the faculty live on their PC’s.

5. One Passport size photo pasted on the application form
